DONT DISCOUNT NEW BRAND SCRIPTS

The prices here are the same for REGULAR FREE GOOD RX. NEWER BRAND scripts are substantially higher priced than other discount cards I.E.: AARP I was CHARGED on my bank account 5 months in a row for a card that I never ordered. All I got was the free card thru the mail.

User's recommendation: Watch your bank account closely. These folks seem to be scammers.

To use our free coupons, you don't need to make an account or put in any information - just search a drug and open a coupon to see for yourself! The prompts you are seeing are for our GoodRx Gold membership, which does require an account and a monthly fee. You can use GoodRx without signing up for Gold. We have now cancelled your GoodRx Gold account, and refunded all charges.

You will receive a refund notification for each refunded charge in a separate email. Feel free to give us a call at 1-855-487-0694 if you have any further questions or concerns!

Difficulty applying

I tried about 10 times to apply for GoodRx Gold membership - I was prevented from doing so: the confirmation emails' code numbers, which I received, to fill in the final blank, were all not accepted. Also, the customer service rep. was worse than of no help, actually an embarrassment to your company!

You have on Goodrx the price of medicine and Kroger will not honor the price. They said that OFTEN your prices are WRONG. Why do you post prices that are incorrect and that will not be honored? The med.. Floxetine 20mg 90 caps. Your price..$6. Their price ..$9 Date .. 2/12/2021 Store name.. Kroger Store Address .. 702 Winfield Dunn Parkway Sevierville,TN 37876 I have also purchased the Kroger discount card from your company. ($36. per year) PLEASE correct this issue. And let me know what has been done about it.

Illegal transaction

Deceptive coupon price for Fred Meyer

Fred Meyer coupon price from good rx for my medication was $60.67 for one month. I print coupon out that morning went to Fred Meyer and good rx according to them was $87.34. Quite a price difference. Would really appreciate getting the actual price closer to what is actually being charged. Due to that deception, I am transferring my prescription to Walgreens. Very unhappy.

User's recommendation: Watch price differences of coupon and actual price charged. I ended up paying $26 67 more. Quite the price differnece.

Unable to use home delivery function supplied by pharmacy

Used GoodRx to help purchase prescription medication from CVS pharmacy. Informed by CVS pharmacy that GoodRx does not allow home delivery of prescription purchased through its services. What an inconvenience, especially during a pandemic!

User's recommendation: Only use GoodRx if minimizing contact is not a priority.

I got a call regarding prescriptions, that wasnt the weird part, how the conversation started off was more like: Hi do you live in ******** ** and do you want free discounted prescription drugs including codeine, hydro**, and pain pills? Well sign up on our website to get your free prescription filled.... also theyre promoting like a fake gold membership... :D
