The discount did not work as expected. I called the GoodRx customer service support number and still nothing. I had to cancel my Gold membership.

Someone picked up the phone, then it went dead. No sound or anything.
Initially, I was unaware that I was paying for a monthly subscription.

This is very mis leading the price change several times will not be using this because it is not a truthful service
App not working

I depend on this app to find the cheapest price for prescriptions and it has not worked for several days now. You have to jump through hoops to try to get to talk to someone and then the phone never rang so subsequently no one ever answered after waiting about 10 minutes, I finally gave up and hung up

Yes I’ve contacted the company but the person I spoke with didn’t have a clue or could not answer my question. I get emails with Good Rx and there are subjects I would Ike to read but. when you go the page, it states page cannot be found.
I have never had a problem with customer reps before but this rep had no idea and kept asking about rx when I called about a totally different issue, she would test anyones patience
The person that I talked to was very helpful and courteous.

Disrespectful and willfully ignorant call center staff
- - Upgraded to Gold, but benefits not enabled.
- - Spent hours on calls, transferred to six people and a supervisor, still unresolved after two days.
Upgraded to Gold membership as it seems I had no other choice. Then none of the benefits were enabled on my account.
I spent 3 HOURS getting transferred around their call center, spoke to SIX PEOPLE, 1 Supervisor (who was the worst person) to STILL after 2 days not have resolved the membership issues. They sure collected all of the payment though! Doesnt seem like a truly legitimate service anymore, and it was shocking how openly rude and unprofessional they are by phone. Over simple questions?
The telehealth services are the only redeemable service they have, and from actual professionals.
If you ever need a headache or migraine, just call their 1-855 number. Or just slam your head into a wall, its the same feeling!
