Disrespectful and willfully ignorant call center staff
Upgraded to Gold membership as it seems I had no other choice. Then none of the benefits were enabled on my account.
I spent 3 HOURS getting transferred around their call center, spoke to SIX PEOPLE, 1 Supervisor (who was the worst person) to STILL after 2 days not have resolved the membership issues. They sure collected all of the payment though! Doesnt seem like a truly legitimate service anymore, and it was shocking how openly rude and unprofessional they are by phone. Over simple questions?
The telehealth services are the only redeemable service they have, and from actual professionals.
If you ever need a headache or migraine, just call their 1-855 number. Or just slam your head into a wall, its the same feeling!

I am also quite disappointedThen I that I am paying the full price for the GoodRx gold membership and I am not receiving any of the reward points in my fetch account and I would really hope that someone could contact me as soon as possible about this since I have talked to many people and they said that they were going to take care of this in your customer service Department! Dispute
I canceled my account within the 30 days and a month later I received another shipment. My account has been canceled! I should not have received the second shipment nor should I have been charged for that shipment!!!

I responded to a general email I received from GoodRx, written by, and approved by, 2 doctors, which I considered to be disinformation. I voiced my complaint in detail, but only received 3 "automated" email responses asking to provide feedback from my recent experience with their support team, which I never actually "had" an experience with any support team, other than those 3 "automated" emails. I guess it was just easier to ignore me, rather than address my complaint.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. There was no problem I was praising the company
My wife has been waiting for a green card for four years now, and GoodRx has allowed us to get her medication down from hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars to usually $30 to $50. It's almost better than actual insurance.

Two medications I have never taken and know nothing about showed up on my medication list (for possible renewals, for example). I have know nothing about them, and neither does my spouse, who shares our family account.
I am thinking that someone has "hacked" the account in some way. I Customer Service on the phone told me to attachiPhone screen shots of what have mysteriously appeared, but I can't do that this way.
In the meantime, I'm changing my password . .

The two medications are Vumerity and Nurtec (if this is the same person, I feel very sorry for their health challenges.

Took my money without service
I paid $39 for the service and then it wanted me to upload a picture of myself and my ID and it would not let me. Then when I called support about it they said since I already paid they couldnt do anything and I would have to wait 4-8 hrs for the message center to get back to me when Im having SEVERE back pain. I will never use again.

I was paying monthly for their Gold Card. However, my account wouldn't let me use that plan when paying for prescriptions.

I eent to pick up my prescription. Pharmacist said Publix does not participate in the Gold program.
I called the help line 855-487-**** and your call center rep. from whatever country you use said Publix is not on the Gold program. I read several articles that Publix was added to the Gold program in early April. It cost me and extra $3.00 for my prescription.
Why does your call center have wrong information and Publix has no idea. For this reason I canceled my Gold plan. Apparently there's a lack of communication or all the articles written are fake news.
The Publix pharmacy phone# for my store is 407-327-****, store #0062.
If you need further information let me know.
