They keep charging my credit card, and yet I seem to have no account with them

This company keeps charging my credit card $5.99 a month. However per the website, I have no account with them. This is ridiculous! Also, no links or Customer Service phone numbers on website.

GoodRx - Unreliable advertisement for the mentioned discounted pricing.
I have an on-going prescription at Rite Aid for an over-the-counter item that I have never been able to get the GoodRx coupon stated price nor my GoodRx membership card price when purchasing my prescription. Rite Aid Pharmacy told me that they can only honor the prescription price for items that are in their system and will not accept my coupon or membership card prices. The price difference that I have to pay is, on average, is about $.86 more than the coupon stated price and about $1.00 more than my membership card price. I asked the GoodRx phone Rep why is there a difference, her reply was that the additional amount was taxes? This item is not tax able!

User's recommendation: Don't trust the GoodRx ads, and beware of their pricing structure.

DONT DISCOUNT NEW BRAND SCRIPTS

The prices here are the same for REGULAR FREE GOOD RX. NEWER BRAND scripts are substantially higher priced than other discount cards I.E.: AARP I was CHARGED on my bank account 5 months in a row for a card that I never ordered. All I got was the free card thru the mail.

User's recommendation: Watch your bank account closely. These folks seem to be scammers.

You have on Goodrx the price of medicine and Kroger will not honor the price. They said that OFTEN your prices are WRONG. Why do you post prices that are incorrect and that will not be honored? The med.. Floxetine 20mg 90 caps. Your price..$6. Their price ..$9 Date .. 2/12/2021 Store name.. Kroger Store Address .. 702 Winfield Dunn Parkway Sevierville,TN 37876 I have also purchased the Kroger discount card from your company. ($36. per year) PLEASE correct this issue. And let me know what has been done about it.

Deceptive coupon price for Fred Meyer

Fred Meyer coupon price from good rx for my medication was $60.67 for one month. I print coupon out that morning went to Fred Meyer and good rx according to them was $87.34. Quite a price difference. Would really appreciate getting the actual price closer to what is actually being charged. Due to that deception, I am transferring my prescription to Walgreens. Very unhappy.

User's recommendation: Watch price differences of coupon and actual price charged. I ended up paying $26 67 more. Quite the price differnece.

What the *** You people more than triple what my co-pay is with Medicare. Not a drug I can live without, Type2 diabetic.

Your on-line sign up is totally worthless!!!!! When I try to type in my name it always comes up with my e-mail address and when I try to type in my address it goes to my e-mail address. There is no possibility of typing the name and address to order a card. This is a stupid way of getting customers since one cannot sign up. This needs to be corrected at once!!!!!!! If this is any indication of how the rest of your company works, it is a COMPLETE FAILURE.

Submitted scripts to CVS and Walmart, both claim they do not honor discount cards of any type. CVS said Good rx does not re-imburse them

WALMART said they do not take discount cards of any type. Multiple CVS locations told me they will no longer deal with Good RX because they do not get Re-imbursed.

Insulin prices are ALL over $300.00, but Walmart has 3 insulin’s for $28.44! Please, listen to the ads and don’t fall for their hype and lies! There used to be truth in advertising, but it’s gone! It’s bad enough that our government officials take campaign funds from drug companies and the gun industry, when other countries have MUCH lower prices!!! And better laws! Facebook hosts so many companies, but those sites do NOT allow member comments! If a company is so big that they don’t care about consumers, then why are they on FACEBOOK!??? Facebook is trying to placate us by making tiny changes, BUT MONEY is all they care about!!

Worthless coupons

Obtained Good Rx coupons from internet for discount rates on Hepatitis "A" inoculation at HEB grocery pharmacy, Wallgreens pharmacy, CVS pharmacy and Kroger grocery pharmacy. None of these companies would honor the coupon and each verified through phone calls to their main offices that the coupon could not be honored. While I was at HEB awaiting a ruling from their headquarters, a lady tried to present another Good Rx coupon for some prescription pills and she was turned away as well. I thought that this was a strange offer when I saw Good RX's TV adds and wondered how they made money. I still don't know how they make money but I now know for sure that they are bogus and are running a scam. I suggest that one stay clear of this BS coupon scam.
